What to expect?
Boccia (pronounced 'Bot-cha') is a ball sport in the same family as bowls. Boccia is played seated and players can throw, kick or use a ramp to propel the ball onto the court with the aim of getting closest to a 'jack' ball.
Who is it for?
This session is particularly aimed at older adults and those with long term health conditions
