Central Park Walk for Carers

What to expect?
Please note the last session of the year will be 18th December and will recommence on 15th January 2026.
If you are an unpaid carer looking to connect with others for peer support, join us for a gentle walk around Central Park followed by coffee at the Life Centre café. This activity is perfect for meeting fellow carers, and the person you care for is more than welcome to join as well. The group meets outside the Life Centre front entrance.
Who is it for?
