Our support groups offer a friendly, welcoming space where carers can take a break, connect with others, and share experiences. You’ll find practical advice, emotional support, and a chance to chat over refreshments, all in a relaxed, informal setting.
Who is it for?
For Carers', so that you are able to have some ‘me time’ but stay close to the person you are caring for too.
