What to expect?
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the Tech Team, who offer free, one‑to‑one, hands‑on support. You can expect a friendly, patient environment where you can:
- Ask questions at your own pace
- Get help using your phone, tablet, or laptop
- Learn to navigate everyday online services
- Understand how to stay safe online and avoid scams
- Receive support with downloading or using the NHS App
- Bring along real issues you’re stuck with — big or small
Who is it for?
These sessions are for anyone who wants help feeling more confident with technology. Whether you’re new to using phones, tablets, or laptops, need support accessing everyday online services, want help staying safe online, or need guidance using the NHS App — everybody is welcome, no matter your experience or confidence level.
Who runs it?
The drop‑ins are delivered by the friendly Tech Team as part of the Plymouth Wellbeing Hub Network. Support is available across several hubs including:
- Ernest English House
- Mannamead Wellbeing Hub
- Foulston Park Wellbeing Hub
- Plymstock Community Centre
- Mount Gould Wellbeing Hub
- Southway Wellbeing Hub
They provide relaxed, approachable, in‑person help completely free of charge.
