Gentle Seated Yoga – 5 Introductory Sessions

What to expect?
This accessible class promotes strength, flexibility and relaxation in the body, heart and mind. The session is predominantly seated with optional standing moves.
This is a 5-week introductory sessions to give you a taste of the benefits of chair yoga.
The great news is that you don’t need to attend all the sessions! You can choose to book only the dates that work best for you. Whether you can make it to one class or all five, we welcome you to join us.
Who is it for?
As this is very gentle it is suitable for all.
