What to expect?
Tai Chi is gentle exercise, that supports improving muscle strength, balance and flexibility through gentle movement. This class is ideal for older adults and/or those with long term health conditions to maintain staying fit through gentle movements. This session can be carried out seated or standing.

Aimed at anyone but particularly for older adults and those living with long term health conditions
