Peer support walking group for those suffering from loss and grief. A gentle walk around Saltram with a stop for refreshments.
Please Note - from the 5th November the meeting time will change to 2.30pm.
Who is it for?
This is a calm and welcoming space to talk, reflect and remember alongside people with shared experiences
