What to expect?
Join us for our cycling sessions each month around the Foulston Park Athletics Track. There are a number of accessible bikes to try out, so whether you are passionate about cycling, would like to re-ignite a lost past time or just fancy giving it a go - come along!
Who is it for?
These sessions are open to anyone over the age of 18 years old.

These sessions are led by our Active for All and Long Term Health Conditions team
