Ladies Only Evening Wellbeing Walk

What to expect?
Join us every Thursday for a ladies-only walk around Central Park. We meet at the entrance to the Plymouth Life Centre at 5:50 p.m. and begin walking at 6:00 p.m.
After the walk, feel free to join us in the Life Centre café for a complimentary drink and a chat!
No need to book, just come along!
Who is it for?
This walk is open to any ladies (aged 18+)

This walk is delivered in partnership between Active for All, Livewell South West & Plymouth Active
