Ladies Only Evening Wellbeing Walk

What to expect?
Join us every Thursday for a ladies-only walk around Central Park. We meet at the entrance to the Plymouth Life Centre at 5:50 p.m. and begin walking at 6:00 p.m.
After the walk, feel free to join us in the Life Centre café for a complimentary drink and a chat!
No need to book, just come along!

Due to the location, if any weather warnings are issued, the walk is subject to cancellation. Please get in touch for information before travelling.
Who is it for?
This walk is open to any ladies (aged 18+)
