What to expect?
Meeting at Plymouth Tinside Lido during the summer months and then at Plymouth Life centre during the winter months. This is an inclusive session for people to come together, meet up and swim together. THIS IS NOT A SWIMMING LESSON. These sessions take place term time only.

This session is for anyone over 18
